As you can see, we are in the middle of all the action here. :c)
They call liquor stores "Bottle Shops", as if what's inside the bottle is not important.
Another standard pub.
This is a monorail station with some very swank tourist hotels behind it.
To the left of the Pyrmont Bridge, is the National Marine Museum. It wasn't really interesting or exciting at all... even for a wreck diver.
Ah, the standard picturesque cheesy tourist shot of the Pyrmont Bridge with the monorail going by. I wonder if I'll get any money for this shot. ;c)
This is replica of the HMB Endeavour vessel that brought Captain Cook to discover Australia (1768-1771).
Views to the north of the bridge give you a beautiful skyline of Sydney's CBD (Central Business District... no one says "Downtown" here) as well as the fantastic Aquarium and Wildlife Park.
And to the south, Darling Harbour displays its grand walkway, many lounge bars and high faluting restaurants.
At night Darling Harbour (on the other side of the bridge) is all lit up in colourful neon.
It almost feels like walking around in Las Vegas. :cP
