My friends Malcolm and Phil joined me in Adelaide for the WOMAD festival. Had a lot of fun during this time enjoying the local flavours. Phil found us here a nice red wine with this funny label (these are the leftovers of local winery -- you never know if it's going to be good because they are the overruns from a wine batch). It's like gambling with your tastebuds. Looks like we won out this time.
Another local brew that we enjoyed a lot was the local beer "Coopers Pale Ale". Full of flavour and deeeelish.
Taking an artistic shot of the beer.
...and an artistic shot of Phil.
More artsy shots. I just might be able to sell this one to Coopers themselves. ;cP
After a few more drinks, we're starting to take sillier shots.
And here's my favourite... Malcolm was a very helpful model for my artsy silly mood.
Later on, after the festival, we wandered around in the bars of Adelaide and found this antique bar that Phil seemed to be very pleased in finding. "Can't find these kinds of pubs anymore in Perth. Sigh." We celebrated with a cigar and - yes! - another beer !
Phil, looking either very drunk, very pleased with himself or ... perhaps just content with that ole pub scene and his tasty beer again.
