Beautiful coloured houses along one of Amsterdams many canals.
Here is a life-size clog... I had to ask nicely for Sean to jump in... but isn't it a great shot?!
Strange to see cannabis plants here and there in pots on the sidewalk. The exposition was interesting too.
Europe's smallest house (#7, you can find the exact address and directions in your tour book). Note though, that even though it looks impossible to live in by the size of the front, the house is really shaped in a triangle, so that the back end is wider.
The red light district and the erotica museum.. it even has a whole floor dedicated to Betty Page.
A red light district statue... take a good look... need I say more?
A statue of Anne Frank in front of her museum.
Here is Ursula, whose Bed and Breakfast we stayed at in Amsterdam.
Klompenboer (clogs) museum...it's a five minute tour really, with no entrance fee, and you can buy your own clogs here too, if you wish.
Two street workers working on the stone roads... I took their pictures because they were working in clogs! They said that it actually keeps their feet from being squashed by the tools they use to hammer the stones into the street.
The Heineken Brewery... this is as much as we saw before being told that the tour was already full (for the second time).
This is the red light district again... with interesting stained glass kamasutra-like portraits.
