Fantastic Georgetown, Penang food tour with mega foodie Mark from Simply Enak. Highlights are Top Hat appetisers, kuih sweets with kaya (coconut jam), sour Assam laksa, roti canai, sardine samosas, Nasi kandar, Cham drink (coffee, tea and condensed milk!) and Nutmeg drink.

Sour Assam laksa
These are kuih sweets. They are made with coconut and glutinous rice flour. The green one has coconut on the top and Pandan essence on the bottom. Purple one uses the natural purple die of the butterfly pea flower. Not sure about the last one.
