Cars with megaphones or speakers on their roofs were a common sight (and sound) in towns across Mexico. They blasted advertising in the streets from a tape loop.

Some sidewalks in Mexico were pretty small... with barely enough room to tiptoe along it.
In a handful of towns, we noticed the Mexicans really liked stylized bushes -- they were trimmed to perfection to make all sorts of shapes.
"Adults are not allowed to play on children's playground." I guess that's one big kid there.

In the entrance for a museum at an ancient ruin, we saw this funny sign. "No food, no pets, no bow and arrows,..." so I had to leave mine at the front.
This funny place in Cozumel had some good classic signs: "Broken English spoken perfectly!" and "Cheaper than Wal-Mart!"
Yikes! A tequila gun --- bottle of tequila shaped as a gun. I wonder which end do you drink from? Actually, I'd rather not know.
