Ice cream tofu, brought frozen and to cook for 15 mins. Tasted almost bouncy, bread-like! Wow, delicious! As was the Hotpot which wasn't too spicy surprisingly.
Shiitake, chives and supposed local favourite crowndaisy greens.
The hotpot's restaurant's white peach slushy was fabulous.
