The "super big wind damper" (technical name used on signage in the tower). It was amazing that it is actually accessible to the public (supposedly the only one in the world that is!). Really impressive feat of physics!
This wind damper supposedly reduces building sway & vibration by 40%. Can move up to about a meter on each side.
