August 2005 : Short visit to western Slovakia to visit Svato's family, home town and country !
My Slovakian friend Svato was an amazing tour guide and we drove all over western Slovakia in search of adventure and fun ! It was not hard to find - from the fascinating and gargoyle full castle of Bojnice to the funky city of Bratislava, we had a great time discovering.

TOP THINGS TO DO/SEE IN SLOVAKIA

Bojnice Castle is well worth the guided tour.
Bratislava is a nice cobble stone city to wander around in.
